You must be the author of the photos you submit and those photos must not be bound by any contract to a third-party. You must have reached the age of majority according to the legislation of Bulgaria or Switzerland. You cannot participate if you are an employee or a family member of either SMART Foundation or Bulgarian-Swiss Cooperation Programme or any of the Jury members.

By participating in this contest you hereby grant a non-exclusive license for each entry including, but not limited to:

• Judging the contest.
• Displaying the winning entries and runners up at public exhibitions including the names of the authors of the corresponding images.
• Inclusion within any materials related to the contest.
• Sub-licensing the photos to the press for reproduction in connection with the contest.
• Allowing online viewers to view images on a computer or mobile device for their personal, non-commercial use only.
• Allowing the Bulgarian-Swiss Cooperation Programme to use your photographs for its media, advertising and PR purposes. The author of the corresponding image will be mentioned along with the photo.

The personal information collected during the competition will be stored with accordance to the Bulgarian legislation.

By sending your submission to this contest you automatically confirm and agree that you have read and comply with these terms and conditions.

The content provided with relation to this contest does not reflect the official opinion of the Bulgarian-Swiss Cooperation Programme or the Swiss Intermediate Body. Responsibility for the information and views expressed in the work submitted lies entirely with the author and the SMART Foundation.

Disputes:

You agree that all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this competition or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and application of the competition rules, your rights and obligations in connection with the photo competition, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria.
